Background
Due to Espions pronominal growth over the last few years they realised that they needed a system to manage a number of areas within their businesses. The initial area was a system to manage their recurring renewals. Following our initial discussions the system requirements had grown to include Contact Management, List Management, Opportunity management, Project Management, Help desk, Time Sheet Management and extensive reporting.
Solution
Using our code generation platform (RAGE) we were able to develop a single web based application with all the relevant business modules necessary to provide the organisation with a centralised view of its information in a structure that was specific to their needs.
